Minutes of September 12, 2016
The meeting opened at 10:10 am. Present were N.Champigny, R. Champigny, L. Hebert and K. Purcell. J. Rodriguez was away. Joining us for the meeting were Judy Hayes and Kate Bassler.
Health Fair Advertisements suggested: Monterey News, Shoppers’ Guide, B. Eagle, Otis Gazette and Elder Services.
Participants expected: CHP, VA, Hospice, Porchlight, Birches Roy, Elder Services. Awaiting : hearing and SHINE. Discussion about a future program about planning for death, “Do It My Way”. Linda Riiska may help with that.
New Business Maryellen Brown is interested in planning a spring garden tour and luncheon. All are in favor. After the next meeting visit the Farmington River diner for lunch.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 am. Ann Rocchi of Elder Services is expected to visit at 11 am to present information about their programs.
